Jessica Avila
Jessica joined the circus when she was twelve years old and began a lifelong journey of training, performing and teaching within the circus community. Over the years her skills have grown to include aerial hoop, silks, hammock, stilt walking, contortion, partner acrobatics and handstands. She is currently training at the San Diego Circus Center to improve her handstands and teaches the aerial and flexibility based classes throughout the week. Her teaching methods and focus on technique and safety have earned her many invitations to teach students of all ages in places like Colorado, Kentucky and Mexico as well as many aerial and circus programs in San Diego.
WORKSHOP
3hrs : 6,900B / LIMITED SEAT
These workshops are opened for all level students. Beginners will be carefully move through the sequence and different entries to the apparatus. Advanced students will start to explore alternative and creative moves within this sequence to build more efficiency & fluidity in the air.
