This aerial hammock class focuses on building strength and stamina through a variety of conditioning exercises. Movements include core and upper-body strengthening exercises and deep stretches to improve flexibility. Strengthen and tone your body in preparation for more advanced Aerial classes. This class will be a very challenging work out.
