Service Description

In this intermediate/Advanced silks technique class, students are becoming more comfortable in the air and will engage in learning intermediate wraps and skills. Silks level 2-3 will expand on technique, drops, poses, and conditioning from the previous level.You will continue to develop your flexibility and body awareness through more challenging positioning of the fabric.
