MEET
This studio comes from my lifestyle and from what I really love, I found out the magic of aerial arts (hammock, silk, trapeze or aerial hoop) and how they keep challenging my exercise goal. With my 8 years training experience in both Thailand & United States, I'd love to share my passion with everyone who carries the same healthy attitude in a high standard & safety environment.

I started this career as a student for almost a year, this studio is like my second home and after completed teacher training, I gained lots of foundation and technique. Most importantly this passion grow even deeper in me. Being a teacher have never came across my mind as I think it takes so much to be a good one, so when I started to be a teacher I give students all knowledge that I have known because I want them to feel that they are here not just for fun but for a better lifestyle.

It's not really my love at first sight because I'm so scared of height and aerial is almost pretty much the same thing. But one day I want to challenge myself to do something new, so I decided to join "30 days challenge" to overcome my fear. I started to create a new healthy habit and my goal was reached. Aerial is not that scary once you know the technique, then you know you are pretty safe up there. So I keep challenging myself on other apparatus included lyra, or silk. I can say nothing is easy if you are not working for it but once you see the result, you will proud of yourself. Now I can say it is more than love.​

I have joined the class since the first month this studio opened. I have tried all apparatus but hoop or lyra is my love at first sight. I spend all of my time training on hoop, and I found out I couldn't agree more on
"no pain, no gain" but obviously it's worth all the pain. It's super fun and elegance. Once it come to teaching, it's so reviving!

This is like a game that have many level, once you passed this level, it's always another level waiting for you, never end, which make it so challenging and fun. I'm addicted to it. I became part of my life that I need to come here everyday to exercise, to train, to meet new people, to laugh, to enjoy the day. This place is my family. I've helped and got helped in every class. I love everyone here; teachers, students, family of students, actually everyone​

This place is our community, I started this career as a student, and I choose this place because of the vibe and friendship that I have gained along the way. But let me tell you aerial is take time & of course practice and you will see the result. Working together with your classmate and teachers is amazing, sometimes you cannot do it alone and this is the main reason I wanna be a teacher. I wanna share exact same feeling and experience to students. Today I can say teaching and seeing each student achieve their goals is my ultimate happiness.
